I must congratulate you on the way you conduct your business. I was afraid at the start of my search for new windows that I would get nothing but hassel and hard sell.
This indeed was the case until I found yourselves from the moment on I found that buying windows was almost a pleasurable, well at least bearable!

No hard sell, no pressure, everyone involved in the process, salesman, estimator, stained glass designer and fitters who called at my home was courteous and considerate. All appointments were made and kept and the windows were fitted ahead of your estimated timed.

The fitters were excellent, I had arranged to have someon in the house whilst I was at work but in the future I would be more than happy just to give them a key and leave them to it. The house was clean and tidy every evening, the only evidence that they had been there were the new windows appearing in more rooms.

I am amazed (and very pleased) that as the end of having a full house fitted I have no decorating to do either insider or out. This give me more time for the more important things in life like watching rugby or going to the pub.

Please find the encloded cheque in settlement of your invoice,I hate parting with money but on this rare occassion it was worth it.
